We first met Carlos Melo in 2002 when we started looking for a property in the Silves/ Messines area. Carlos took us to view a couple of properties and soon realised the type of location that would suit us and took us to the house we have lived in for the past six years. At the time we bought our property we spoke no Portuguese, but Carlos assisted us with everything necessary for us to purchase our property, which included introducing us to a solicitor and accompanying us to various builders merchants to choose everything from bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings to tiles and internal doors.
